Refund and Returns Policy

Getting Your Order in Perfect Tune:

We’re here to ensure your merchandise experience hits all the right notes. If your order doesn’t quite match the rhythm, let’s fix that together.

Check Your Delivery’s Harmony:

Upon arrival, if your merch feels out of sync with your expectations, email us at [email protected] within 7 days. Here’s what to look out for:
  • Blurred or offbeat printed images.
  • Misalignment in the artistry of your shirt.
  • Discordant package contents – not what you ordered.
  • Delivery wear and tear (like tears or stains).
  • Sizing, color, or style missteps – not as ordered.
  • Any other production missteps on our part.

To Return Your Merch:

Snap a photo of the issue and email us with your order number. We’ll conduct a sound check and confirm the next steps for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for a Harmonious Return:

Make sure your item is still in its original, unaltered state – unworn, unwashed, and ready for a comeback. We only accept returns in the same condition as when they were sent out.

Reversing the Tune – Refunds:

If your item is eligible for a refund, we’ll process it within 5 business days to your original payment method. Note: Shipping costs play a solo tune and are non-refundable. The return postage will be deducted from your refund.

Missing Refunds – Keeping Tempo:

Start by checking your bank account if your return hasn’t arrived yet. Then, give a nod to your credit card company, and bank – sometimes refunds take a while to officially enter the stage. If there’s still no sign of it, let us know at [email protected].

Encore – Exchanges:

For any merchandise that hits a wrong chord right out of the package (think print issues, wrong package, delivery damage, size/style/color errors, or our mistakes), let us know. We’ll verify and send a replacement to continue the show.

A Final Note:

Size matters, so check our size guide before ordering. We follow this policy strictly but can’t take the stage for size decisions made by you.
